McLeish, partner with McLeish Orlando LLP, will also moderate a number of panels at the event, including “Civility in Litigation: Standards of Professionalism, What is your view?” and “The Ethics of Disclosure of Information, Experts’ Opinions, Affidavits of Documents, Emails and Drafts.”
The program will be held on March 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. and March 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, 130 Queen St. W., in Toronto, or via live webcast.
