Two-day forum will examine motor vehicle litigation

Toronto critical injury lawyers from McLeish Orlando LLP are slated to take part in an upcoming two-day program discussing the latest developments in policy, legislation and case law related to motor vehicle litigation.

The Oatley McLeish Lecture Series: Guide to Motor Vehicle Litigation is scheduled for March 26 and 27 at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, 130 Queen St. W., in Toronto.

John McLeish, partner with McLeish Orlando LLP, is a chairperson of the event and will act as a moderator for panels on the topics Ethical Dilemmas Faced by Counsel and Fact Scenario Analysis: An Interactive Discussion With the Court.

Patrick Brown, also a partner with McLeish Orlando LLP, is set to present on the topic Top Tort Cases of the Year on the first day of the program, with partners Salvatore Shaw and Rikin Morzaria speaking on the second day. Shaw is scheduled to present on the topic Bifurcation – When, Why and How?, with Morzaria discussing Proof of Future Care – An Update.
