Registration open for annual motor vehicle litigation program

Toronto critical injury lawyer John McLeish is set to co-chair the annual Oatley McLeish Guide to Motor Vehicle Litigation 2013 program at the Law Society of Upper Canada starting today.

The event, featuring the latest developments in policy, legislation and case law, has become a staple for both for plaintiffs and defence personal injury lawyers who practise motor vehicle litigation. Participants will find out about negligent entrustment, hear from a judge on errors to avoid and get the latest information on catastrophic impairment.

The program will take place today from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, 130 Queen Street West in Toronto. Registration to view the program on demand will also be available within two weeks.
