Joyann is a licenced paralegal and a co-founder of JNR. She has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Social Security Tribunal of Canada and Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT). In her current practice, she regularly represents individuals in various matters, including wrongful dismissal, contractual breaches, negligence claims, landlord and tenant disputes, violations of the Ontario Human Rights Code and applications for Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits.
Joyann values community involvement and has volunteered with the East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club as a board member.
