Toronto critical injury lawyer John McLeish is set to share his expertise in trial advocacy at the Osgoode Certificate in Personal Injury Law & Practice program in Toronto.
McLeish, partner with McLeish Orlando LLP, will be participating in a demonstration where he will act as plaintiff counsel trying to get a piece of contested evidence accepted by the court. The demonstration will be presided over by Justice Darla Wilson, who will give a ruling at its conclusion.
McLeish’s demonstration at the program will take place on May 13 at 10:45 a.m at Osgoode Professional Development’s downtown Toronto Conference Centre, located at 1 Dundas St. W, 26th floor.
