If you watch or surreptitiously record someone when they believe they are in a private location, or in a situation where they believe they have privacy, you could be charged with voyeurism. According to the Canadian Oxford Dictionary, a voyeur is “a person who derives sexual gratification from the covert observation of others as they undress or engage in sexual activities.” To read more, click here.
