Parenting is more than a full-time job. Our child’s needs are plentiful: preparing favourite foods so they eat their lunch or dinner, then there’s the laundry, keeping up with the homework, as well as ensuring they have time to see friends but outside, because of COVID. While we want to be good parents, some of us want to be super parents. But while we’re running around and feeling exhausted half of the time, aren’t we forgetting something? What about the parent?
