You have a right to your children’s medical records

The free flow of medical information is essential to the health and well-being of a patient. Unfortunately, there are far too many cases where that sharing of information could do significant good but access is routinely denied.

In what I can only assume is a misguided attempt to follow the rules or, more cynically, to protect themselves from lawsuits, the medical profession has been known to throw up roadblocks to prevent parents from getting access to their children’s medical records. To read more, click here.
